Inspiration for Hair for Human Hyrbid

So I've decided I want my Human hybrid's hair to reflect the skin texture of a Frog, as in a want the hair to look very shiny and greasy looking. I could recreate this with either Gel or some kind of Wax.

So this frog skin look slight wet looking, I'm going to make the hair look very
subtly wet looking

This is a close up of Frog's skin, as you can see it is very wet looking and shiny so I want the hair to imitate this.
